What can I expect when I submit an offer?

Online Offer Steps:
  1. Fill out our quick online form using a few photos and selecting your item’s designer, category and item name, along with a brief description of the condition.

  2. We’ll email you with an offer within 3-5 business days. Accept your offer.

  3. Send us your items with a complimentary shipping label or a free DHL Pick-Up.

  4. Get paid usually 2-4 business days after items are authenticated.

When will you receive your offer?

Emailed to you 3-5 business days after submitting your item(s) for an offer.

How do you get the items get to us?

Ship to us with a complimentary label, schedule a free DHL Pick-Up, drop it off at a Selling Studio near you.

How long does payout take?

Estimated 2-4 days after your item is received and authenticated.

How do I submit a quote to FASHIONPHILE?

Please log into your account at FASHIONPHILE.com and click on the pink 'Sell Now' button in the top right corner. Enter the description and upload photos. Once you have submitted your request our Buyers will respond to you with a quote. 

Please note, FASHIONPHILE's business hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM (UK Time).

Quote requests submitted outside of normal business hours will generally be reviewed by our Procurement team in the following 3-5 business days.

How long does it take for seller items to process?

We are so excited you decided to sell with us and understand the concern you may have about the process. Be assured that the security of your item(s) is our top priority.

Upon delivery, please allow us up to 4* business days (Mon-Fri) to fully review, authenticate, and initiate your payment.

*To provide extra consideration, Birkins, Kellys, Watches, and Fine Jewelry can take up to 10 business days.

Once your item(s) have completed processing you will receive a “Your payment is on the way” email with your payment details. This email signals that FASHIONPHILE UK has processed your payment. It is typical for items to be paid individually, even if shipped together.
