How It Works

When you sell with FASHIONPHILE, your Seller Earnings are released to your Wallet once we receive and authenticate your item. You’ll get an email with the subject line “It’s Payday! Your Wallet has been credited.” when your funds are available. From there, you can cash out or convert to store credit for a 10% bonus. 

Cashing Out

  1. Navigate to My Account and click Wallet.
  2. Click the Cash Out button.
  3. Choose your payout method, specify the amount, and click Cash Out.

Payout Options and Timing

  • Store Credit: Instantly available to use. Plus, earn a 10% Bonus.
  • Direct Deposit (ACH): Only available for U.S. banks. Funds arrive in 2–3 business days
  • Wire Transfer: For international customers only. £50 fee per transfer. Funds arrive within 7 business days.
  • PayPal: Transfer sent directly to your PayPal account. Funds arrive in 1–2 business days.
  • Paper Check: Mailed to your address on file. Check arrives in 7–14 business days.
  • Neiman Marcus Gift Card: Earn a 10% bonus. Max daily limit is £10,000, including the bonus. Funds arrive within 2 business days.

FAQs

How do I cash out my Wallet balance?

  1. Navigate to your Account and click the Wallet link in the navigation.
  2. Click the ‘Cash Out’ button.
  3. Choose your payout method, specify the amount, and click Cash Out.

How do I use my Wallet balance to shop?

If you have a Wallet balance, you’ll see a button to Apply Wallet Balance to your order at checkout. Note that you need to be logged out of Shop Pay to see the button. 

Alternatively, you can convert your Wallet balance to store credit within your Wallet by clicking Cash Out.

What happens if I return an item I purchased using my Wallet balance?

Applying your Wallet balance at checkout converts those funds into store credit. If you choose to return an item, the portion of the order covered by the store credit will be refunded as store credit. 

If I convert my Wallet balance to store credit or cash out to a payout method, can I change my mind later and choose a different method? 

Choose wisely! Once funds are converted or cashed out, we are unable to revert the payout.
